Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good command of Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license is a plus (depending on the role).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the same industry (real estate, FMCG, tech, banking, etc.).
Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales environments.
Knowledge of local market dynamics.
Work Conditions
