Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.

  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

  • Valid driver’s license is a plus (depending on the role).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the same industry (real estate, FMCG, tech, banking, etc.).

  • Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales environments.

  • Knowledge of local market dynamics.
